Google has begun to modify its Android Pay and Google Wallet apps with a new application that combines these two payment services, which is Google Pay.
The application is divided into two parts, the first tab Home shows recent payment operations, nearby local and storefronts, and other information using the Google-style interface in the card style, while the other tab called Cards includes your credit, debit, prize and gift cards.
Google has big plans for Google Pay, and the company claims that this service will be extended to all Google products, including Chrome and the Assistant. Just as with the Android Pay application, users will be able to use cards and payment information stored in Google Pay for a wide range of applications and websites when using the device with Android or Chrome. Google Pay will also be able to use for transportation in cities including Kiev, London and Portland. However, this will depend on the place where a certain user lives and what his transportation is.
Google also works to integrate its Google Wallet service directly into the Google Pay app in the United States and the United Kingdom. For now, the Google Wallet app has been renamed Google Pay Sand and has improved its design to fit the rest of Google Pay.
